Terms of Service

These terms (“Terms of Service”) govern your use of the products and services provided by SlaysShop (“we”, “us”, or the “Company”).
By using, purchasing, or installing any product from SlaysShop, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our products or services.

1. Nature of Our Services

SlaysShop develops, distributes, and sells the following:

  • Software and tools that may modify, enhance, or interact with third-party games and platforms;
  • Digital licenses, activation keys, and setup or configuration files;
  • Remote installation, setup, or support services.

We do not own or control any of the third-party games or platforms that our products may be used with.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you represent and warrant that you:

  • Are at least 18 years old, or of legal age of majority in your country;
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
  • Are not legally prohibited from using these services under any applicable law or regulation.

If you are using our products on behalf of another person or entity, you confirm that you have the legal authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

3. User Responsibility and Third-Party Risks

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Your use of our products may violate the terms of service, end-user license agreements (EULAs), or rules and policies of game publishers, platform operators, or other third parties.
  • SlaysShop does not guarantee that using any of its products will prevent or avoid bans, suspensions, or other penalties imposed by third parties.
  • Any consequences arising from your use of our products — including account bans, loss of items, account restrictions, or otherwise — are solely your responsibility.

You are responsible for reviewing and understanding the terms and rules of any game or platform you use.

4. License and Usage Restrictions

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of all applicable fees, SlaysShop grants you a license that is:

  • Limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable;
  • To use the specific product you purchased;
  • For personal use only, on devices you own or control.

You may not, and you agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our products, except to the extent expressly permitted by law;
  • Resell, share, rent, sub-license, or distribute our products without our written permission;
  • Modify our products for the purpose of resale or rebranding;
  • Use our products in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

Any unauthorized use may result in termination of your right to use the product without any refund.

5. Purchase, Payment, and Delivery

  • Payment is due at the time of purchase.
  • We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.
  • Prices shown at checkout are final for that order. We may change prices at any time for future orders.

Delivery details (such as download links, activation keys, installation instructions, or remote support session details) will be provided after purchase.
Any estimated delivery times are for reference only, and any delays caused by external services or circumstances do not entitle you to compensation or refund.

6. Refunds and Chargebacks

Our Refund Policy is a separate document and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

In general:

  • As a rule, all sales are final, and SlaysShop does not provide refunds except in cases explicitly stated in the Refund Policy or where required by law.
  • Initiating a chargeback in bad faith or without valid grounds may result in suspension of your access to our products and refusal of any future dealings.

You agree to read and comply with the SlaysShop Refund Policy before making a purchase.

7. Updates, Service Changes, and Availability

You understand and agree that:

  • Some of our products may require updates to remain usable due to changes in games, platforms, or anti-cheat systems;
  • We may modify, update, or discontinue any product or feature at any time, with or without notice;
  • We are not obligated to maintain any product or provide support for a specific period, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Downtime, maintenance, or incompatibility resulting from third-party updates do not entitle you to compensation or refund.

8. Accounts and Security

If we provide you with an account, login details to a portal, or any access credentials:

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential;
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account;
  • You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

We are not liable for losses arising from account compromise due to your failure to safeguard login credentials.

9. Intellectual Property

All products, code, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, and content provided by SlaysShop are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Except for the limited license granted in section (4):

  • You do not acquire any ownership rights in our products or content;
  • You may not use our name, logo, or trademarks in a way that suggests sponsorship or partnership without our prior written consent.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

You agree that your use of SlaysShop products is entirely at your own risk.

The service and all products are provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
SlaysShop disclaims all implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

  • Our products will remain undetected by third-party anti-cheat systems;
  • Our products will be error-free or uninterrupted;
  • Games or platforms will continue to allow the use of our products.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • SlaysShop will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of accounts, data, in-game items, or profits;
  • Our total liability for any claim related to these Terms or our products is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, these limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SlaysShop and its owners and partners from and against any:

  • Claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of our products;
  • Or your breach of these Terms;
  • Or your violation of any third-party terms or rights (including game publishers and platforms).

13. Termination

We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice:

  • Suspend or terminate the license granted to you to use any product;
  • And/or block your future access to our products or services;

If we believe you have violated these Terms, abused our services, or engaged in fraud, chargebacks, or other harmful conduct.
Termination does not entitle you to any refund.

14. Changes to the Terms

SlaysShop may update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will publish the updated version and adjust the “Last Updated” date.

Your continued use of our products or services after any update is published will be deemed acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of [Insert country / jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
